Responsible Gaming

The Stocimek casino is part of a holiday evening, not a way to make a living. What follows is how we run the floor and who to turn to for support.

Strictly 18+

You have to be 18 to come in. ID is checked at the entrance for every guest, including people staying in the hotel. Under-18s are not allowed to bet, watch play or wait inside.

Keeping the holiday a holiday

Choose your stake for the evening in advance and respect it. Pause between rounds, keep track of the hours, and never play on credit or try to recover what you have lost. When it stops feeling like a holiday, step away.

Visit caps and exclusion

Tell a host, a croupier or the duty manager and we will restrict how often you visit or exclude you for a stretch of time you choose. It is arranged discreetly and applies straight away.

Support, at no cost

Gamblers Anonymous: gamblersanonymous.org — a worldwide fellowship with meetings for people who want to stop.

BetBlocker: betblocker.org — free software that keeps gambling sites off your phone, tablet and laptop.
