Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early arrival or a late departure can usually be arranged if you let us know a day ahead.

You need to be 18. Photo ID (passport, identity card or driving licence) is checked at the entrance for everybody, hotel guests among them.

Yes. Anybody over 18 can come in on showing ID. Hotel guests come in free, with a drink at the bar on the house.

Smart casual. Pool clothes are fine at the pool, though not in the casino after 20:00.

Yes. Speak to a host or to the duty manager. Limits and exclusions are arranged discreetly and take effect the same evening.

Breakfast is on from 07:00 to 10:30 on the terrace and is included with most rates, as your confirmation will show.

The beach is about five minutes on foot down through the gardens. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free for guests.

Yes. A private car costs €35 each way for up to three guests and takes about 25 minutes. Send us your flight number.

We do not. Breakfast is included and everything else is charged as you order it, which in our experience people prefer once they have tried both.

Flexible bookings may be cancelled at no cost until 48 hours before check-in. Non-refundable bookings are charged on confirmation.
