Our story
A resort hotel, taken back to the stone
Golden Sands was built in one go in the late fifties, and this was one of the first houses to go up among the pines: a long hotel with a terrace, a dance floor and rooms that all faced the sea. By the time we took it on, the terrace had been glazed in twice and the dance floor was a storeroom. We kept the frame, the terrace and the pines that were here before any of it, and rebuilt everything else around a simple idea: a grand hotel that still remembers your name.
The old dance floor became the Stocimek casino, the ground floor our kitchen and bar, and the glazed terrace the breakfast room that looks down the bay.

Spa & hammam
Rose oil, steam and quiet
The spa takes up the garden floor, away from the pools: a hammam, a steam room and treatment rooms that use rose oil from the Kazanlak valley and salt from the Black Sea. Treatments are booked a day ahead, and the quiet room afterwards looks into the pines rather than the sun.
18+ Casino — strictly 18+
The Stocimek Casino
One floor below the lobby, the casino opens in the late afternoon and runs until five: slot machines along the walls, roulette and card tables under the chandeliers, and a bar that stays open as long as the tables do. Open to our own guests and to visitors of 18 and over.
European roulette
Single-zero wheels at several limits, and electronic terminals for a quieter turn.
Blackjack & baccarat
Card tables run nightly under our croupiers, and a private table can be booked in the VIP salon.
Poker room
Texas Hold'em cash games most nights and a tournament every Saturday through the season. The poker desk keeps the schedule.
