When a form is sent we receive the name and email you typed, and any phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and message you added.

Why we use it

Only for our reply and for handling a booking if you make one. We do not pass the data to advertisers or sell it.

How long we keep it

If no booking follows, the message is deleted after a year. Where a stay took place, the paperwork is kept for the period the tax authorities require.

Your rights

A request to view, amend or delete your details, or to object to their use, is enough. Use the email on the Contact page and expect an answer within a month.
